Be a part of the future
Every day new global challenges are arising. The world needs fresh and innovative ideas and solutions. Lions will be the pioneers who help drive humanitarian service forward. We will create and invest in groundbreaking ideas and programs that will alleviate some of the many new challenges around the world and help drive our association forward.
Lions have created an international strategic plan called LCI Forward to define how Lions Clubs International must evolve to meet the needs of a changing world. With support from leaders like you we can:
Launch ourSignature Cause
Throughout our next century of service we will continue to honor our heritage, but we will also embrace the future and aim to triple the number of lives benefited by Lions each year by 2021.
In this high-tech era we must advance our capabilities and invest in data management systems, smartphone applications and digital integration to help us achieve our goals and impact more lives.
Launching a global marketing campaign will help us increase brand awareness and attract new Lions from all areas, ages and backgrounds. When we increase our diversity, we are able to meet even more global needs.
Enhance theMember Experience
Through training, leadership opportunities and service initiatives for members, we will ensure that Lions are satisfied with their experience and continue volunteering for years to come.

Our Lion Legacy
For nearly 100 years, Lions have served. Year by year, country by country, we have increased our global impact, saving lives and helping millions more. We have become the largest service club organization in the world because of people like you – Lion leaders and visionaries who have come together to serve. The spirit of service binds us not only to each other, but to our communities and the world around us.
The world needs us now more than ever! In our first century of service, we addressed issues such as poverty, hunger, vision issues, disability and disasters, which impact the lives of millions. We will continue to serve these areas in our second century of service, but there are even more ways we can serve.
New challenges like climate change, a refugee crisis and infectious diseases present problems that demand decisive action.
